Painting in oils has been a passion for most of my life. My work has been divided between commissions to earn some money and experimenting with my own subjects, technics and methods to improve. Most of these non commission paintings were given away to family and friends.
The advent of the internet was my opportunity to have a website to attract work and ditch knocking on doors. The diversity of subjects people conjure up to seek an artist for gave me constant challenges and surprises. I really love painting commissions but the time came a few years ago to try a new path.
I started building things to mimic some of the subjects that I was painting. These subjects are some of my favorite things and ideas.
